Last year, I took a risk and pressed pause on my (over a decade long) radio/media career to move back home to Los Angeles to launch my new business Karma Bliss (@karmablissed) and release my book #CrystalBliss. A few people in my industry thought I was nuts. Lol. Honestly, I had no idea what to do expect or the amount of ppl I would eventually connect with and reach. Now a year and a half later to be getting the re-release on my book, have Karma Bliss products available in Nordstrom stores, turn a cool lil profit and be featured as a speaker sharing things I’m passionate about at many beautiful events nationally... I am so grateful I took the chance and bet on myself! It has not been easy by any means and I’ve had many moments where self doubt has crept in (especially while pregnant!) and I’ve felt like I ran out motivation. But one thing I know for sure... All change will have it’s discomforts, even if the change is for your betterment. I can’t wait to share more of my journey with you this year and also make a few more announcements that may surprise you 😜😍❤️

His storytelling, his curiosity, his taste, his sense of adventure. He was the real life Dos Equis man. The MOST interesting. In 2012 when I was working at Sirius with Sway, I had the chance to Interview and spend time with him. It was one of my biggest highlights. I was so nervous and excited. Being a people curious foodie I was certain we were kindred spirits. What a dope human. What an influence on so many. What a fcking loss!
